A good set of Varsity sliders.....

I'm getting good games with these sliders.....realistic games where if you're D-Line or O-Line is dominant, you will see a good pass rush/running game. Elite RB's and QB's also stand out more with these settings as well. Still tweaking but I like the results. They're also very challenging without that "cheap" feeling that you get on Heisman:

As of 9/3:

Setting: Varsity
Quarter Length: 7-8 mins.

OFFENSE (Hum/CPU)
QB Accuracy - 20/40
Pass Block - 10/35
WR Catching - 25/35
RB Ability - 55/65
Run Blocking - 55/75

DEFENSE
Awareness - 60/80
Knockdowns - 50/70
Interceptions - 20/65
Break Block - 65/85
Tackling - 25/45

SPECIAL TEAMS
FG Power - 25/25
FG Accuracy - 25/25
Punt Power - 25/25
Punt Accuracy - 25/25
Kickoff Power - 60/80

Will post stats later

Re: A good set of Varsity sliders.....

Thanks, Rock. Was looking for some also. Will give them a shot and provide some feedback. How have you found the CPU as far as throwing INTs: manageable or too high/low?

Re: A good set of Varsity sliders.....

Played two games with these today and made some adjustments. I played against Georgia with Vandy and lost 34-14. It was 24-0 at halftime until I toned Moreno down(had something like 140 yards on 9 carries). Overall, it was a solid game. The Vandy QB was all over the place with his throws. Went 20-36 with 3 INT's.

2nd game was Ole Miss v. Nebraska(me). I was able to win it 34-28, coming back from a 21-14 at halftime. It was a good game but the Ole Miss QB kept lighting me up even though I found it easy to pick the ball off. My adjustments are in the OP.

Re: A good set of Varsity sliders.....

these are decent sliders, I don't have any stats but i think the run game is spot on for both sides, my only suggestion is lowering interceptions for both sides of the ball, I just played #1 Oklahoma with my #10 Penn State and Sam Bradford threw four ints to my ALL freshmen Secondary. and i threw 3 picks 2 which shouldn't of been. I bumped INTS down to 10 on each side. Also I lowered Kickoff power down to 50 for Both sides. I will play a few more games and let you know how they are.

Re: A good set of Varsity sliders.....

I tried these with my Ball State dynasty and there was 8 INTs combined. I like everything else, the computer ran the ball pretty effectively, but think i'll move the INT's. Thanks for the sliders...
