Sorry for asking a stupid question. I assume that you have the CPU sliders set at 0 like on your Hiesman sliders? I just did not see it anywhere in this thread. I actually tried the game with the CPU sliders at 0 and set as the same as HUMAN, could be in my mind, but I think it plays a little more difficult with them set as the same.

Well when I set the sliders I set it the same for both, I didnt set the CPU to zero or leave them at default. I doubt it makes a difference but at this point who knows when it comes to the sliders. I have to say though, these sliders are the best Ive played with on All-American, Im sure I could go to Heisman and find a tougher challenge but whats the point? In my last game with Washington, we are nearly identical in terms of rating, and it showed when we played the game out on the field.

Wow, I must suck, Utah State is beating me at home with Oregon 17-0. Everything that could go wrong has, Ive missed a chip shot FG and thrown a pick in the end zone that was returned for a TD when my QB couldnt make the tackle to stop him. This is getting pathetic considering Im something like an 81 as a team and Utah State was a 60 I believe.

EDIT- 2 Play drive and Im down 17-7 now, RB broke a tackle and got me down to their 25, threw a post to a wide open WR and scored. There is still a minute left in the first half so I can easily come back and win but its amazing that Im down 17-7 to a team that is completely inferior to me.

Well this will be my last update since nobody seems to be posting much in here, which is a real shame since the sliders are top notch and soon this thread will be nowhere to be found unfortunatly. I was down 17-0 at one point to Utah St at home as Oregon, they really came out and punched me in the mouth, I turned it over and they just made key plays when they needed them, until they got that 17-0 lead I hadnt done much of anything positive all game and then I got the momentum back and they never scored again as I won the game 47-17, here are the stats...

I sacked them 3 times and had a safety, they didnt sack me at all. Again, this was using Jukeman's tendancies so I had Utah St at 80/20 Run/Pass and there Playcalling Aggression slider was put to 100, same when I played Washington. Utah St threw the ball 21 times and ran the ball 34 times so again I didnt run into a team going pass happy. In all seriousness, Im in love with this game right now, of course there could be a few things done better here and there and Im sure when I play someone like USC I wont get any pressure at all but Im still enjoying the game currently. I love recruiting on this game, it seems to have another layer to it that last years didnt have, the on-field gameplay is just fine for me, Utah St QB's combined to go 12/21 so they certainly didnt go "robo" on me, and in fact they started off the game extremely hot throwing the ball and they kept doing that and built their lead doing that. Once I got momentum on my side and I stopped them a couple times, they went back to being more conservative and throwing less and running more, it really feels like Im playing a team that will mix it up and not just do one thing or the other. Thanks again for sharing these Jistic, there are incredible for my playing style apparently.

They work really well for me as well. I was thinking that if I did find a set that worked for me soon, I was going to have to trade this game in when Madden comes out. Does not look like I will be doing that now.

Since my last post I played USC vs Ohio St (me). It was a great game. I won 22-19 on the last drive of the game and scored with :20 left in the game. Sorry I don't have stats, but I will say they were mirror images of one another. It was my top game on ESPN Classics.

I went back to check the sliders to see the CPU and I have them at 0. So I am sure that does not matter. I will probably put them back to even.

Yeah, they are working perfectly, Im at halftime at Purdue and Im down 20-17 and its been somewhat of a shootout but thanks to turnovers nobody can get the upperhand. Ive thrown 3 picks, and by the way its a lot tougher playing on the road then it is playing at home, Painter for Purdue has thrown 1.

How long are your quarters with these setting? Default 5 minutes or something longer?

Im using 9 minute quarters and am getting anywhere from 115-130 total plays, NCAA average is normally around 120-130 depending on other factors.

I'm glad you guys are experiencing what I am. I can't believe how much better games I'm getting compared to Heisman.

I've played 4 games in my Illini dynasty. Crushed W. Michigan, got crushed by Ohio St, squeaked by NU, and upset Mizzou.

The numbers are very good, acceptable at least, also for some reason seeing more penalties. By more I mean like 4-5 per team a game.

I just think AA is a more honest game of football.
