Hometowns aren't really a big deal. That sounds like a lot of work to the spreadsheet. I was just going to edit Tennessee's if the option was available.
Here's Tennessee's file. I edited names, numbers, class, heights, and weights only. I will redo it later if it has to be names only or if you add more options.
Hopefully, I can help out with more teams this weekend. We'll see.

Same with ratings. Only certain ratings can be used on ps2. For example you can't have zero. 40 is the lowest. So if you wanted to change ratings I would need to let you know what rating numbers are available.
I think I might make a more robust spreadsheet so you can change those things but for now I would recommend only changing or adding names.
That's cool. I'll just add names, change numbers and classes for now too, and deal with ratings inside the game once the file is complete.
BTW Whittle, who did you create as Tennessee's 3rd string quarterback? Whoever it was has a fast speed rating now ha

He had a fast speed rating to begin with. I didn't alter ratings. I would have toned him down if I did.
EA created him as B.J. Coleman. He had the most mobility out of the UT QBs (not 82 SPD worth though), but he transferred to Chattanooga this summer. I named him "Nick Lamaison," a JUCO QB who is supposed to be on campus in August.
