These are some last minute Varsity Level Sliders. They've only been game tested with a Hybrid version of Classic Rosters I've created for NCAA Football 09.

For those who just want to pick up the game and have some last minute fun before NCAA 10 releases these sliders + rosters + team strategy settings will make for some challenging games by the CPU.

A lot of Player ratings were tweaked mainly to improve the overall awareness in the game. Player pursuit angles on defense will be vastly improved compaired to the original game EA released and QB's will make off target and errant throws simply by leaving the default QBA setting at 50 with these sliders.

The only thing I suggest doing during game play is to make sure you assign the following Offense and Defense to each school before you play them in QUICK GAMES. You'll have to control the opposing team then once the game starts switch the controller over to your team and enjoy games.

These are the Sliders I've worked on for Varsity Level. Even though it's Varsity level it'll still play competitive to a certain degree as long as you don't CHEESE with the MOBILE QB's like Mike Vick or Tommy Frazier.

That's really tough to do man because I'm re-rating over 1000 players if not higher.

Usually for I post the ratings for the players if you ever used any my NBA Live rosters in the past. But NCAA Football is tough to post ratings for all players.

I will later include a section within the thread as to the DNA ratings that assigned for many different old school players but everyone else is basically using their ratings from Madden 05-09 with decreased Awareness only if they are under classmen. I deduct 5-10depending on their class.

On a side note FSU's roster is stacked with lots of young talent helping them to stay strong for 3-4 years of Dynasty play.

Of course Deion is the highest rated player on their team....in fact he's the highest rated CB on the file bar none.

They are loaded and completely re-rated with depth chart already setup.

Gill is the starter by design but Frazier is the IMPACT player which will force the CPU to rotate him and Gill at QB.

You can play rival teams Oklahoma or Texas until the rest of the Big 12 is completed

Nice idea, but the Auburn squad has some questionable roster additions and is missing quite a few of our school's greats.

For instance..you have Jimmy (not Kimmy) Brumbaugh on the DL over a guy like Zeke Smith or Benji Roland.

Aundray Bruce not Audry Bruce. He's an OLB, not a DE at Auburn.

Where is Mike "Captain Crunch" Kolen at LB?

Patrick Lee shouldn't be on the All Time Auburn squad at DB..especially over guys like John Wiley or Carlos Cheatham.

Damon Duval at Kicker over Al Del Greco?

But again...I like the effort.

I want to clear some things up for those who haven't used these rosters in the past from 07 and 08 versions i worked on.

These are not CLASSIC rosters which put the best players of all time mainly on the teams. These are ALUMNI rosters which means you'll get players from the younger generation in order to keep the rosters balanced with a mixture of OLD SCHOOL LEGEND PLAYERS and quite a few recent players that help me to build the teams with FR and SO's on the rosters.

There are some players who I've moved around for example OLB in college but DE in the Pro's. I do this in order to open up roster space and also to put teams in a DEFENSIVE scheme on the file that best fits their personel I'm creating.

Classic rosters would be loaded with mainly all SR and JR type players. The Alumni stratgey is geared towards building teams to last for 2-4 years of DYNASTY PLAY and that's why you'll see quiet a few recent players of these rosters I put together.

Basically I take a different direction from any rosters you've ever seen on the net mainly because i prefer to have players rated anywhere from 70-99 overall instead of entire squads having players in the 90's like EA used to do for their CLASSIC rosters.

With these rosters Vince Young and Mike Vick have to go through a ratings progression all over again using their MADDEN RATINGS that were assigned to them as basically ROOKIES.
