Ok this is kinda OT but it still's NCAA related.
I'm really starting to lose confidence in EA when it comes to making these football games. I wanted to give the demo for NCAA 10 a longer tryout period now that i'm off for few days.
Well maybe it's just me but I'm not that impressed with their work for NCAA 10. I'm one of their biggest fan boys but seriously this game has made marginal strides if any at all this year. I know the demo like I said isn't the final product but other than the ability to create teams and few more animations I'm starting to feel as though NCAA 10 might be a pass for me atleast until the fall because i see no reason to rush out and by the game when it plays basically the same as NCAA 09 with a few extra bells and whistles.
I hate the damn camera thing they switched to this year. Who the hell plays football with that camera pulled so far back from the action for pre-snap plays.....
They added FG nets WOW.....that is one major upgrade for sure. I guess I should be venting in the demo thread for NCAA 10 but I don't want to distract others. I have purchased every single NCAA game for the last 10 years and I'm upset because EA just seems to treat this series as some kind of joke now. I want to create some teams on NCAA 10but it's kinda hard to accept the fact that there is no major upgrade from 09 to 10.
I can't believe I just spent the last 3 hours trying to get excited about NCAA 10 and it simply never happend while playing the demo. I sure as hell that once the final product is released it gets a lot of high praise because right now adding FG nets don't excite me and building teams wont be enough because essentially that what's I'm already doing with NCAA 09. It just seems as if they put more energy into Madden 10 this year. If that is the case then I might have to just skip NCAA 10 until later on down the road.
I wish these guys would roll up their sleeve's for once and just stricly focus on football and stop with the Mascot team crap or Campus Legend modes. Damn I miss the days of NCAA 06 on the XBOX or PS2. That game was not only great but fun as hell to play.
