If i'm not mistaken I think he was drafted by Green Bay but played in the CFL. I'll have to check washington and see if I can use a created player slot to make him. If I can who else would suggest besides Hakim because I don't want to change Mario Bailey's ratings.

For Orlando McKay I suggest any of these players:

Ted Ginn Jr.
DeSean Jackson
Santana Moss
Antwaan Randle El
Shaun McDonald
Greg Jennings
Those guys have DNA's already being used.
Kansas-Willie Vaughn/Greg Jennings
Southern Miss-Louis Lipps-Santa Moss
Notre Dame-Rocket Ismail-Ted Ginn Jr
Michigan-Anthony Carter-DeSean Jackson
Penn St-OJ McDuffie-Shaun McDonald

I think the only guy not used yet is Randle El. I want to hold on to that DNA for any possible mobile QB down the road for version 2.0 that is remaining.

I have some other options for you
Eddie Royal
Jermaine Lewis-Ex Ravens Wr
Michael Lewis-Ex Saints Wr
Dennis Northcutt

Re: Playmakers Rivals.com NCAA 09 Alumni Rosters

I did one minor adjustment that will be on the latest release this evening.

I increased the Elusiveness Rating for basically all of the mobile QB's. What I found out is that in the pocket that rating is kinda like a hidden rating for pocket awareness. It has to be in the range of 85 or higher in order for you to see any difference. So, don't get alarmed when you see most of the agile QB's up in the 90+ range it's better for game play that they are rated that high.

EA seems to do lot of their ratings that say one thing but they actually control several other factors of game play.

Elusiveness allows QB's to avoid sacks and sense pressure much better. It won't make them take off and run but it will get them on the move when they feel pressure. You guys will see what I'm talking about when you get pressure on Joe Hamilton.

I'm not doing this for guys like Dan Marino or Dan Fouts. Their ability to get rid of the ball is tied into their overall awareness.

What problems have you encountered with EA Locker?
Will the full 40 team roster be downloadable via Locker?

I would go with Dennis Northcutt for Orlando McKay's DNA

Re: Playmakers Rivals.com NCAA 09 Alumni Rosters

Don't worry it's all set now.....

You can get them from my locker at ea09sports. I had the lady in the family to get it done for me (lol)

I'm about to start my Alumni tournament soon. For those of you who just kinda stumbled into this thread and don't have time to read tons of previous post.

These are what I call ALUMNI TEAMS which consist of bith older and younger generation players from each school. I assign a Class year for each player based on age or decade in which they played at that school. Any Player that was basically drafted within the last 1-3 years are the only players that can be listed as Freshmen.

There are NO PLAYERS on this file who were on the DEFAULT rosters. I have a rule that the player must be out of school 1 year before they can be considered for the Alumni Team.

These rosters give you a great mixture of talent some of the best you'll ever see assembled on any file up this date. I don't show any bias towards players. I re-create players using what I call MADDEN DNA. I take the ratings from Madden for all players and transfer them over to NCAA 09. If a player is no longer in Madden I try to giive him an identity with a current player that best matches his skill set.

On the file I try to basically re-program the game by using SMARTER PLAYER AWARENESS that what EA assigns. I've had a great deal of success with the NBA Live series by using this same method of thinking. Basically if you make players smarter accross the boards you'll see better game play on the field.

On the file you'll see poor throws, dropped passes by both the WR's and DB's, better pursuit angles by the defense, smarter RB's that can break a big run at anytime if you take the running game lightly, deadly CPU return men, DE's and DT's actually use moves to create a pass rush vs your OL, Blockers that move quicker and try to setup lead blocks better, better player substitution at RB, LB and DL, CPU team that will have several drives last about 8-10 plays and finally AWESOME LEGENDS all over the field that wear gear that is much more detailed than the default players. I try to give the old school guys a unique look from back in their days like lots of tape instead of gloves, different helmet types from current generation players and assign them in multiple posistions like you'll see with Lou Groza of Ohio St or Choo-Choo Justice of North Carolina.

The sliders I created do a very good job of bringing the players to life on Varsity level. I know it sounds foolish but these teams on Varsity level using the sliders and playbooks created will give you a good challenge and games more times than not. If you control one defender on defense and try to limit switching you'll really see the CPU players use their ratings against your players much better.

My 2.0 version of the file later this summer will ultimatley give you an Alumni team many more programs. My ultimate goal is to take the entire game and turn it into a NCAA CLASSIC. So, if you ever get tired or bored of the default college players you can fire this game up and play with 1000's of players from years ago.

Guys' that made college football great to watch like Rocket Ismail, OJ, Montana, LT, Staubach, Fridge Perry, The Selmon brothers and many others.
