First, read the thread on the roster page that tells you how to transfer roster files on the PS3.

If you extract it, you should have a PS3 folder with a SAVEDATA folder inside that. On a flash drive, just copy the PS3 folder and all it's contents to the drive. The PS3 folder can't be inside another folder on the flash drive. Stick the drive in your PS3, then go to Game Save Data (or something like that) right above where the game shows on the PS3 menu. Click on USB device and you should see the save. Press triangle and copy it to your PS3's harddrive, then start up NCAA 09 and the roster should be there to load.

Has someone posted the file to EA LOCKER yet? Its easy, if you have the file, go to upload file in your EA locker, and upload the file. Then write your PSN name below.
