Lan's NCAA 09 PS3 Roster Thread

They have a thread on here that shows how to download the rosters and put on the PS3.

100 teams done.

1. Put your thumb drive (I have a CRUZER MINI) in a USB port of your PC.

2 Take this FOLDER (PS3) that is on your desktop and send it to your thumb drive.

3. Take the thumb thingy and put in a USB port on the front of your PS3.

4. Without the game playing you will see the PS3 panel with a whole bunch of stuff. You should see a game controller icon and the word GAME. Just above that is a FOLDER icon that says SAVED DATA UTILITY.

5. Go up to the SAVED DATA UTILITY folder and click Xon your controller. It will open.

6. You will probably see a bunch of NCAA files that you have saved (Profile,/rosters, etc)
Ignore these and go up to USB DEVICE.

7. Click X and your USB DEVICE will open.

8. A window will open with an animation and it will say something like DT Linder and will have the date and the name of DT's roster. This is what you want to copy to your hard drive.

9. Click on the TRIANGLE button of your controller and this will open another window.

10. You will see COPY. Click on COPY and it will copy this roster to your hard drive.

I'm using it right now on my dynasty and I've simmed 3 seasons and no problems. To this point, it appears to be a dream come true (knock on wood).

I'll go double check and re-upload the roster to my locker if need be.

One other question, did you allow the game to generate the other three teams?

No, actually I haven't touched it, but now that I've had more time with it.......I think every single team is fully named on this roster file.

I'm not sure what made me think he had not named those 3 teams, but it appears that every single team has been fully named with both first and last name.

But like I said, I just got home an hour ago and the first thing I did was setup a dynasty and start simming (all the while expecting something to go wrong - to this point, nothing has happened).

Yeah, guys in my online dynasty are chomping at the bit to get it started with the names. I think I'll get started with yours. Then get Lan's as a backup, incase...god forbid something should go wrong.
