PS3 4* or Lower Dynasty

Figured that I would start up another dynasty. Gonna limit teams to 4* or lower.

6 min quarters
undecided sliders (suggestions?)
Tovarich rosters
Advancing will be at a certain time every two or 3 days. If you are not done by the stated time for advancing your game/recruiting will be simmed.
User games are to be scheduled on here or by message on PSN.
If a user game hasn't be played within a few hours of advancing I will put both users on autopilot. The first person to show gets to play the CPU. If neither player shows, it will also be simmed.
There will be absolutely no cheese, sim play only. You will receive a warning the first time, the second time, your results will be thrown out and you will be put on autopilot for the week, and the third time will result in being booted from the dynasty.
If you have a problem with someone cheesing, try to upload a video to easportsworld and post on here so I can see.
Each player will play 2-3 user games per year.
No FCS teams will be played, if you have a FCS team on the schedule I will replace it with a low non-BCS school.
I will send out invites once we have 5 or 6 people.
All of these rules, with the exception of advancing are open to discussion/suggestions.
Supersimming is not allowed unless you are up by 21 or more in the 4th quarter.
If you have to restart a game, pm or send me a message on PSN with the reason. I understand that sometimes you have to quit a game after it is started, but if it becomes a habit, then you will be warned and after the warning anytime you have a restart your results will be thrown out and your game will be simmed.

What will be considered cheese:

Constantly using Run Commit/Pass Commit
Going for on 4th down in unrealistic situations or when you're up by 14 or more in the second half
Going for 2 when it isn't necessary
Running deep routes, slants, drags, or screens over and over
Using Quarters show blitz defense
Sprinting the QB straight to the sideline on every pass play to exploit the coverage. Not a problem if there is pressure or it is a designed rollout, just not every single pass play
Usering the DE outside and around the DT every play to gain an advantage over the blocking AI.
