Big Ten Vs. Pac-10 Online Dynasty (360)

Ok I tried to make a Online Dynasty before but we had some Users that weren't active enough so I am making another one this time its a Big Ten Vs. Pac-10 Online Dynasty...
Here are the rules...

Game Play

Only go on 4th downs past the 50 yard line
Only go on 4th downs when really necessary like losing in the 4th quarter, Also if your in the opponents Redzone inside the 5 yard line
No running up the score
No CHEESING! (No running the same plays over N' over)
No User catching (For when you do this it makes some WR do a "Boost Catch")
No Run Commiting/Pass Commiting for it is not realistic!
When winning big in the fourth (By 24 points) put in your back-ups!
No padding up stats too!

Recruiting

You take how many seniors you have plus 4+ other recruits and thats how many recruits you can sign!
You can only sign 7 5* Star recruits
Turn off Recruiting Assistance

Dynasty Rules

We advance on a 3 day bases
For User vs. User games try and schedule it for I don't sim over user games! but I will have to if you don't play!
FCS-Teams will not be on your schedule I will replace them with a terrible team that is a Division 1A team

Only rule that I have a question on is the run/pass commit. While it can be abused when using it with certain formations, it is definitely part of the real life game as defenses often do this in key situations. This commit can be stopped on offense as there are pinch, aggressive or shift left and right for the offensive line. Let me know what you think about that.
