Read entirely before signing up
So, I'm finally going to start a dynasty. You guys already know how active I am, so unless you're willing to give it the effort I am, take your game somewhere else. I'm going to be very selective about who gets in, and it's not a first come first serve list. I want the guys that I know will make this dynasty awesome. So with that said, if you want to sign up, feel free. We're may need 1-4 guys. I think we will have about eight guys I know that will want in it. With that said, let's get to a few basics.
Settings :
Quarters : 7 minutes
Skill Level: Heisman
Sliders : Splff's with a couple of very minor adjustments
Rosters : Newest available
Recruiting : See post below
Schedules : 1st year stays the same - NO FCS teams will replace with lowest tier team that week or whoever you request. After 2nd season you and another human(OOC) need to schedule a h&h series. You need to schedule it through this thread, and I will post it on this page. You may play as many home and home series against other humans as you'd like. Everyone must have at least two user games starting in year two.
Re-starts : If the game is restarted, you need to give a reason for it. I know things happen...kids, wife, and what not, but it can't KEEP happening. You can post your reason here or on the msg in the game. Do not PM me or send a message over the PSN. Everyone needs to be able to see it.
ETIQUETTE :
- Please don't run up the score ie kicking a field goal w 3secs left with a 21pt lead.
- Punt on 4th down unless: 4th and 1 or less, across the 50, or down by alot(more than 17) and need to score.
- If you both have headsets take it easy on the smack talk. I'm not saying no smack talk, just take it easy ie no racial slurs or what not.
Run commit:
Run commit is no longer allowed.
The Disregard List :
If you are consistently the last person finished and are slowing down the pace of the dynasty, you will be asked to speed up. If, after that, you are still the last person finished consistently you will be placed on the Disregard List. If you are on this list, we will not wait for you before we advance to the next week. You will be taken off the list after 5 consecutive weeks of not being last. You can also ask to be placed on this list if you are going to be busy and you don't know when you'll be able to participate.
Communication :
You should use this thread to schedule times to play user vs user games or discuss anything pertaining to the dynasty. This thread should be the main source of communicating with other members, but, of course, you may use private messages or the PSN. I will notify of advances via this thread and via the PSN. Everything else will be communicated via this thread.

Game recaps:
Game recaps and communication on this board is required. That does not mean you have to write a novel after completing a game. It does mean, however, that you must write about your game. A paragraph will sufice. We've all been through grade school. Use what you were taught. If you're a guy that gets on the board, signs up, then never talks on the boards...Go somewhere else. If you don't do three game recaps during a regular season, you won't be asked back for the next season.
Recruiting Rules :
New rules implemented:
- Can only recruit the same amount of seniors leaving +3. There is no limit for 5* recruits, only the amount of overall recruits.
Penalties for recruiting violations( NCAA sanctions)
-1st offense (1 recruit over limit) - autopilot vs human + lose 1 recruit next season
-1st offense (multiple recruits over limit) - autopilot vs human + must cut top rated recruit for that recruiting class + lose multiple recruits next season = to amount that was over by ie over by 3 recruits lose 3 recruits next season
-2nd offense( 1 recruit over limit) - autopilot vs human + lose 1 recruit next season + lose 2 home games(commissioner decides which ones) + must cut top rated recruit for that recruiting class
-2nd offense (multiple recruits over limit) - autopilot vs 2 humans + must cut top rated recruit for that recruiting class + lose multiple recruits next season = to amount that was over by ie over by 3 recruits lose 3 recruits next season + Must cut top rated player at the position of the lowest rated recruit + lose 3 home games
-3rd offense ( 1 recruit over limit) - autopilot vs human + lose 1 recruit next season + lose 3 home games(commissioner decides which ones) + must cut top rated recruit for that recruiting class + Must cut top rated player at the position of the lowest rated recruit

-4th offense ( 1 recruit over limit) - REMOVED FROM THE DYNASTY!!!
As you can see, the penalties for violating recruiting regulations are pretty stiff. I would advise you to turn off all cpu recruiting assistance so there are no mistakes
Advances:
Will try to advance every 24 hours, but will make exceptions. There will be times where it will be 36 hours, and there will be times where it's 72 hours when we have to wait on owners to have times to get together. Stay in tuned to what's going on through this board. I am serious when I say board involvement is crucial for this dynasty.
We will not wait on you to recruit. If all you have left to do during a week is recruiting and all the games have been played, we will advance. Be sure to get your recruiting done before a game if you don't plan on doing it immediately afterwards. If you're on a bye week. Make sure to recruit early, because we won't wait after the games are done.
Never save the dynasty file when you load during, before, or after an advancement on your playstation
Running up the score:
I really hope everyone's smart enough to not do this against a human, so I won't go into detail there. With that said. If you're up my 27 or more points in the fourth quarter, I don't want to see any of your starters scoring touchdowns. If you score with your backups, that's fine, but I don't want to see any 70-6 scores with 21 points in the 4th by your QBs. This should go without saying.
Co-commissioner:
Twelveozplaya will act as co-commissioner to this franchise due to the fact my schedule can get crazy during football season. If for some reason I'm unavailable, 12 has the say in anyone related issue. Being that I have been in dynasties with most of you guys and haven't had any problems, I don't see any future problems, but this is precautionary. He will also have access to advance the dynasty, so if you're not able to get with me for an extended period of time, let him know and he will.
Human vs. Human restarts:
If a game disconnects, the user that gets the option to continue against the cpu may do so, but first, if the user logs right back on, try as best as you can to recreate the situation. Otherwise, you may continue vs. the computer if:
-A. You are up by 20 pts or more at the time of the disconnect
-B. You are up by more than 14 after the half
-C. have a 10pt lead or more in the 4th qtr at the time of the disconnect
-D. Is 3rd straight disconnect caused by opponent.
