Who are the MAC team's rivals?

I am making a high school dynasty and swapping out the MAC teams with my high school teams. What rivals do the MAC teams have(inside and outside of their conference)? We're right on the VA-TN state line, so I may put TN teams in one conference, and VA teams in another.

Toledo and BG is probably the biggest one.

Western Michigan and Central Michigan are HUGE rivals.
