Hopefully, the stupidity from myself is done and we can roll on pretty seamlessly from here on out. These are the sliders we are rolling with:

Are we gonna change the Quarters to 5 minutes ? (no chew clock needed?)

I used chew in my game today (still at 7 minutes)...but box score was screwed up....think it was like 8 minutes to 23 minutes time of pos. Well that 31 minutes, should be 28 total everytime. I think the chewy thing is screwy.

And I looked back to week 1 and it was about the same with the messed up time....but then I look at other people and they seem normal... (like maybe they didnt turn on the chew option)...shrugs

I say 6 minutes is fine. That's what I play on my offline Dynasty. But I'll roll w/ the majority...

Just fix the run block sliders...I just saw 7 KOR TD's in my game against Auburn. I played ****ty and would have lost anyway, but it made it impossible to get a feel for the game and I spent most of the game playing catch up and throwing the ball causing a a few pick 6's. Also, even with SURE TACKLE turned on (BIG HITS turned to conservative) I couldn't make a tackle to save my life. Hopefully the new sliders help, otherwise I'm gonna go 0-12.

How does robmacdog lose 94-44 with 5 minutes quarters?!!

The run blocking sliders for CPU was taken down to 50 -- as per finfan's sliders.

I'm confused.

Rob, I'll throw out your results and have you play again before monday night because those are just not realistic at all and it's not fair to you. The key is for just this week: SIM THE CPU KICK OFF RETURNS.

Also, what if we took RB ability down to 60 for the CPU and 45 for Run blocking?

I just figured it out --

SLIDERS DON'T CHANGE UNTIL ADVANCEMENT OF THE WEEK.

For now SIM CPU KICKOFFS!

This is do'able..sure....but it will hamper the CPU's rush offense in 2 catagories, and with the 65/50 settings, I have seen numerous games coming out very realistic.

The big thing with the Run Blocking slider is anything over 50, creates way too many pancake blocks on Kick-offs, so as long as that is at 50 or below, we should be fine in that Dept. So making it 45 is cool, but I wouldnt lower the RB ability, the CPU doesnt run very good in anything in the 50 or below range.

and working...lets see how it goes. I think they will work, they are working perfectly in 2 others OD's I'm in.
The sliders on Heisman are tricky...5 points dont seem like much, but this year in NCAA, 1 click (5 points) makes huge changes on the Heisman sliders.

**FYI.......I for one am not opposed to starting over, seems like everyones got a feel for the 2-3 day turn around, and I think this group just might work. I could play faster, but I am happy to just have active groups and players.
I am in one league, we started on Tuesday Night, this past week.
We are in week 7 already !
