I could email everybody an excel spread sheet of the rosters if they would like.. it would be one page and you could just fill in your team that way. it would look like this..

then we could fill all of ours in and then critique them so its fair..

ha, nice. yea i still have it saved from last year. i was thinking we could all fill one in with our team, then updload it here or on the website. im bored so i think i may start mine..

btw, are we going off that breakdown i listed for ratings a couple pages back?

-i also believe we need guidelines when it comes to creating recruits (if you can)

-2 players 85-89 (Has to be a Sr. or Jr.)
-7 players 80-84 (Mostly Sr. & Jr. w/some So.)
-15 players 75-79 (Sophomores, Juniors, & Seniors)
-30 players 70-74 (Sophomores mostly, Juniors & Seniors, Some Freshmen)
-15 players 69 & below (Mostly Freshmen)

(This gives you 10 solid starters with plenty of good back-ups)

-Only 2 freshmen at 77
-Remaining freshman must be 75 & below
-20-25 total freshmen
I still think these are high if we are going to be building a school from the lower part. Here is what I have in mind

-2 players 85-89 (Has to be 1 Sr. and 1 Jr.)
-5 players 80-84 (Mostly Sr. & Jr. w/1 So.)
-10 players 75-79 (Sophomores, Juniors, & Seniors)
-30 players 70-74 (Sophomores mostly, Juniors & Seniors, max of 8 Freshmen)
-23 players 69 & below (Mostly Freshmen and Sophmores but atleast 2 Seniors and 2 Juniors )

I might be a little lower than some of you are thinking but if we are taking over bottom feeders we should not step into an auto seat of power. Also they are really talking about lowering Freshman a lot so you have to actually build for the future and not just reload with freshman. After the base creation your play and your recruiting will really put you ahead instead of having some super players.

Also it would be nice to know a basic playbook for D and for O. Not a requirement but it would help. I know once the game comes we might change our mind about some because of effectiveness and what not. I am planning on running these two as of now

Offense: Basic run/PA attack (depends alot on if the power running game is effective at all)
Defense: 3-4 outside rush (depends alot on if the 3-4 front line works more effectively) Backup 4-4/4-3

I would rather not create recruits every year. If we do that it should be limited to a few. Thats just one more thing to add to the checklist for people and honestly it's a little more fair and random just using their pre created guys.

Yea im down with those rating you listed.. i felt mine were a little high anyway, and really want to be challenged in the first years. As for recruiting maybe a limit of 3 with a max of 80 OVR & below since there is no guarantee of getting them. Also you could only make one in your state.

Wolverine, are you going to download the waiting list teams and put them in the game too, or just the 1st 12?
