Another NEW ONLINE CAREER PS3 Dynasty - Heisman Difficulty Sliders

Hey all,

I've seen a few of these on here and really enjoyed the idea of being hired and fired and moving up from 1 star teams up to the next.

I'd like to start my own dynasty with a few OSers...ideally 10 teams but if we have a huge demand we can see where things go.

The lowest I'd like to run with is 4 teams.

A few other Osers have created a great point system which we will be using to determine hirings and firings along the way.

The following has been created by other great OSers but may have been tweaked a bit by myself.

Points for regular season record will be
(Wins x 2) - (Losses x 2) Eg. a record of (10-3) = 14 points
5 points for winning your conference
5 points for coach of the year award
5 points for going to a BCS bowl game
3 points for winning a bowl game (BCS or not)
2 point for beating a top 25 team
2 points for beating a user
1 point for post season awards for individual players

Prices for moving up to a new school (has been adjusted for greater realism).

1* - (all new players must start at a 1-star program, no exceptions)
2* - 30 points
3* - 40 points
4* - 60 points
5* - 100 points
6* - 120 points

***A little twist is you must stay at your school for at least 2 seasons unless you win a BCS Bowl game, then you can leave at your discretion. (you still need to fill the point requirements on a move going up. Going down is up to you as well, rebuilding programs are fun!)

Additional costs of going to a new school based on their past seasons loss total.

Loss > 5 = No Penalty
Loss = 3 = 15 points
Loss = 2 = 20 points
Loss = 1 = 40 points
Loss = 0 = Cannot move to that team!
National Champs = Cannot move to that team!

Penalty for moving to top 25 schools.

Top 10 school = 15 points
Top 25 school = 5 points

Firing Possibilities - You can be fired

4 losing seasons at any time will result in your firing, the boosters can only take so much!
Minus 35 points will be your firing as well (at seasons end only), no mid-season firings (too rare in college).

Cheesers and Glitchers will be immediately expelled from the league and mocked in the OS Forums!

ok, judging by those ratings...you're using the original rosters? Because New Mexico State should not be sniffing a 74...I think downloading an updated roster would be a good idea. The original rosters are atrocious.
