We've advanced to Bowl Week 2. Only the following game:

- Emerald Bowl; #22 Baylor 7-5 (H22) vs Boise State 8-3 (cpu)
{This should be an easy win for the Bears}

Mike, you have until 9:30 PM to complete this game. I realize this is unusually short. See my post above. If this is still a problem after reading my post let me know ASAP and I'll just have to give you the 2-days.

Robbie and Droweezy have separate cpu games after Monday's advance. They'l have until 9:30 PM, Tuesday to play their game. If Mike gets done tonight they'll have till 9:30 PM Monday.

Jim, I'll be available 9:30 PM to play our BCS Championship game. I'm just planning ahead. Let me know if that's cool with you.
monday or tuesday?

We've advance to Bowl Week 3. Here they are:

- Rose Bowl; #3 Ohio State 10-1 (cpu) vs #5 USC 10-2 (robbiedizzle)
{Next to Notre Dame, OSU has got to be the out of conference opponent the Trojans play the most. Robbiedizzle has one last chance to beat up on them}

- Sugar Bowl; #6 Florida State 10-2 (droweezy) vs #7 Missouri 10-2 (cpu)
{A disappointing season for the 'Noles. They'll take out some frustration on Missouri to close out their dynasty run}

Deadline for getting it done is 9:30 PM, Tuesday.

Jim, assuming you're available, you and I will play our game right after. So it's 9:30 PM, Tuesday for the final National Championship of this dynasty.

To all the guys who have helped make this dynasty a success a BIG THANK YOU from me. Much big ups goes out to these users:

DC this has by far been the best dynasty I was a part of. no offense jeremy, you are #2 just barely under a very high bar. every advance I came into this dynasty trying to take a underdog that is like the #4 or #5 school in texas up to some form of national prominence. through great recruiting rules. challenging sliders, and an overall well balanced dynasty, I was able to acheive just that. Baylor has finished in the top 25 the past 3 seasons running, something I now hope in real life a pretty amazing athlete by the name of Robert Griffin can help them do at least once before leaving college. Playing with this group of guys has also made it fun for me in my first online gaming experience also. thanks a bunch fellas hope to see you for 2010.

Re: PS3 National Heisman Sliders Challenge Dynasty - Official Thread

We've advanced to the BCS National Championship Game:

- #2 Auburn 12-1 (Golfer26) vs #1 Miami 12-0 (RuFF_NeXX)
{Coach Golfer goes for his 3rd straight national championship with only Miami in the way. Meanwhile, it's been a long rebuilding road for coach RuFF NeXX. The fruits of his labor are finally reaped tonight as he leads his #1 ranked Hurricanes into the championship game in their home stadium. Can David slew Goliath? They could be partying down on South Beach for weeks.}

In other news, both USC and FSU lost their BCS bowl games. Robbiedizzle's USC went down 34-24 to the cpu's Ohio State team in the Rose Bowl. The FSU game was a cpu vs cpu contest as the Seminoles got eaten by the Missouri Tigers 33 to 28 in the Sugar Bowl. FSU's Coach Droweezy never accepted the invite so the cpu assistants had to fill in.

Hey Mike, thanks man. See you a couple weeks.

Jim, I'm available right now for our national title game. I'll be on waiting for you. Don't rough me up too bad.

Re: PS3 National Heisman Sliders Challenge Dynasty - Official Thread

The BCS Title game between Auburn and Miami was great game. Like most of Auburn's user games, it came down to the final drive of the game. Miami was down 17-10 in the 2nd half of the 4th when the Hurricanes intercepted an Auburn pass in the endzone. The 'Canes then went on a 90 yard drive punching it on 4th and goal from the 1 yard line to make it 17-16 Auburn. The Miami score took place with a little over 1:30 on the clock. Miami's Coach RuFF NeXX decided to go for two. The move paid off when RB Bobby Flowers ran it in. Auburn then got the ball with 1:31 seconds left on the clock. They took it to the Miami 28 yard line then kicked a 40-yard field goal to go ahead 20-18. Auburn kicked it off to Miami with 3 ticks left on the clock. Miami's kick returner got tackled as time expired sealing the 20-18 Auburn win.

This was a well played game. I made a couple costly mistakes. Oh well, that's football. It was a well earned championship for Jimuna.

See you guys in a few weeks.

First and foremost, thanks to you DeadlyCane for maintianing a great dynasty. Second, I also applaud the solid group of guys that we have had here. Not just online game experiences. Third, congrats to Jimuna and the Auburn Tigers. Also, sounded like a fantastic championship game between Auburn versus Miami.
