Hey Mike, just got in, so I wasn't able to advance earlier anyway. I'm advancing to Week 6 as I type. Games of Interest:

- Penn State 0-3 (Sean_C) at #5 Wisconsin 4-0 (cpu)

Pretty thin schedule. Deadline for getting it done is 9:30 PM, Tuesday.

Drowsike, we play Week 7. How about a Thursday evening game?

DC, are there any openings? i just couldn't stand the itch anymore man. had to rent the game. i am setting up an od till the rosters come out and the patches are set for 2010. IMO, i don't think they will shut the servers down for this game. i don't see why. if the other members would allow it, i'd like to get back in. i don't know how long you guys are going but.. let me know.. thanks

I saw somewhere on EA that once the 2010 game is up and running that the servers will be shutdown for 2009. Makes sense from a business stand point as this is what keeps most people buying the new copy.

Abuser, I don't know man. We're already 6 games in the season and it's the last one anyway. If any of the users have thoughts on this let me know either way.

Well, if he comes back I would want to put some stipulations. Maybe like no team better than 4-star and not better than a 80 ovr rating. Not married to those ideas, just throwing them out there. There are teams open in the Big 10, Big 12 North and SEC East.

James give me a list of teams from those Conference divisions you would be interested in. I'll then check their star ratings and overall.

Re: PS3 National Heisman Sliders Challenge Dynasty - Official Thread

We've advanced to Week 7. Games of Interest:

- #1 Florida State 5-0 (drowsike) at #2 Miami 5-0 (RuFF_NeXX)
{It's epic Florida State-Miami: coming into this battle ranked #1 and #2 like the good old days. The whole nation will be watching to see if the 'Canes can knock off their 2nd #1 opponent this season. FSU is feeling pretty good after beating the defending chumps 2 games prior. This is the way College Football should be. Stay tuned for the results}

- Baylor 3-2 (H22AP...) at #16 Texas 4-1 (cpu)
{Baylor had a nice start to the season. They've suddenly hit a huge speed bump in the road losing a couple games after a nice start. Now they visit a decent cpu team in Texas. Can coach Mike get them back on track?}

- #6 Arkansas 4-0 (cpu) at #7 Auburn 4-1 (golfer26)
{Life hasn't been all that luxurious for the chumps since they went down to FSU. They came out last week and ran up the score against helpless Boise State to the tune of 100 to freakin 7! Apparently the voters weren't impressed as they dropped them to #7 behind this week's opponent. Ugh, oh, I feel it for Arkansas fans this week.}

- #22 Washington 3-1 (cpu) at #10 USC 3-1 (robbiedizzle)
{It's been a slow road back into the national top 10 for the pre-season top ranked team. They shouldn't have any problems with their conference foe this week}

- Penn State 0-4 (Sean_C) at #9 Michigan 3-1 (cpu)
{ugh, oh part II: PSU comes into this one winless. How challenging is it to be expected to get your first win against arguably the most talented team in the nation? God help PSU}

As you can see lot's of good games this week for ya'll to enjoy. Deadline for getting it done is 9:30 PM, Thursday.
