3 star BCS team dynasty (360)

I'm starting a dynasty for the 360 that will be comprised of 2 teams from 4 BCS conferences: ACC, Big Ten, Big 12, SEC. Each team will be a maximum of a 3 star rated program. I thought it would be interesting to have everyone try to rebuild while having stiff competition within their conference. I'm looking for enthusiastic and dedicated players that will play sim style and won't cry or quit if they happen to lose a couple games. I'll use RomanCaesars rosters and use the appropriate Heisman sliders. I want to send out invites tonight so please let me know who wants in. ACTIVE OWNERS ONLY as we will advance every 3 days.
