The Freezing Issue

IDK, I have only experienced 2 freezes in 2 plus years of current dynasty and a full year of previous dynasty. I have all ESPN updates off ticker, radio everything.

the issue is playin while your connected, disconnect then play

last night i got my first 2 freezes. it was almost instant and i knew somethin was up when practice blake griffin was skippin and studderin. coincidentally the first happened 15 minutes after i connected to the ea server for possible roster updates. so i reset the ps3 and played games without bein connected...no problems. later on i played again after i connected, froze again. disconnected and played another 2 hours without freezin. so no more playin while bein connected for me.

Just got game, froze 2nd game Dynasty - I am Notre Dame (home) vs Sienna. (Xbox360) with 1:20 left in game Argh!

I have AutoSubs ON, and downloaded the OS Coaches Names Full Ver 2 file, along w/BigDmos slider set.

It froze during timeout, using D-Pad to change Def pressure.

I;m thinking of adopting Jasons "no D-pad" theory, but also using a Non-xbox live profile, maybe both will help. Like game though, I have minimal patience with defective software, so we'll see

Had my first freeze last night

PS3, I was Arkansas St. home against Nevada just started second half called a timeout and it froze after I hit down on the d-pad to return to action. I was not connected to the internet during this game.

I was using BigDmo's sliders also got downloaded rosters from him as well.

Update : Still have not had a freeze since my first one over a month ago, enjoying the hell outta this game. 3rd Year into dynasty...

The game locked up with 14 seconds left in a great game last night.

Scores were 69-67...and it locked up.

I am officially done with this game. It's a complete waste of my money whilst this problem exists.

Dude I feel your pain. Even tho I personally still enjoy the hell out of this game, I really can't blame anyone for giving up on it. It's ashame that EA has basically ignored the fans of this game.

Interesting. Ive changed Ps3 hd with bigger one, and the stuttering issue gone... It seems the mandatory install will stress considerably hdd during game. Who know...

I got absoulutely no freezes the first week or so with the game.

And i have had none in "one off" games.

I had none for the first few games of my dynasty.

Once I got one though, they've come (too) often.

I am guessing the bug / glitch / problem is linked to the dynasty file? Has anyone had a freeze NOT in dynasty mode?

I still find it amazing they are just chosing to ignore this. I know the series is finished, but walking away just isn't cool.....
