In game injuries

I know this has been asked, but I couldn't find the old thread.

Are there in-game injuries in this game? besides the minor ones where the player is "shaken up"?

No long term injuries or short term or no to both? What if you sim games? Do injuries happen then?

If you sim games, you get injuries.

Does anyone know why EA left in-game injuries out? Has anyone ever given a reason?

you know, i'd even be ok with injuries where the player finishes the game but then afterwards misses a month or whatever. But i have to make sure to simulate some games (or have pretend injuries) to make sure all my starters dont play 82 games.

Ya that would be cool...just something to add to the realism.

And it's been confirmed that this is not something they can patch in right?
