is anyone else hating the online game now?

I need to vent: And before anyone replies, don't reply to me about the offline experience, because I'm only referring to online games.

Thanks to the developers for ruining the ONLINE game IMO, after releasing this patch. My online games have gone from a high level of fun to not even wanting to play online anymore. Let me explain why:
-More fouls were supposed be addressed in the patch... Where are they? Cause I'm definitely not getting the calls when I play. I'll tell you what happens now: I'm driving to the lane, having a collision, no foul called and no point, or I'm blocked. Before the patch, it felt like a drive to the lane with no foul called would result in a bucket more times than not. And while it isn't realistic, it seemed to counter off the fact there was no foul called. Now they take that away, decrease the likelihood the basket drops and then not add a foul on top it, but say they added more fouls???

-Fatigue was supposed to be added online, nope that's not there either.

-I do believe the 3 point fade away exploit is gone, but I couldn't believe it when I played a guy today who used the Magic and shot 11-21 (3's) with Jameer Nelson...Nelson finished with 35 shots total, 52% 3 point field goal and scored 45 points..His next highest scorer had 6 points...All this guy did was laugh, everytime he scored with Nelson, because he knew he was cheating me..Talk about frustrating.

-Before the patch dropped, I was using the Lakers to combat guys who took the cavs and magic. I was shooting in the low to mid 30% three point shots, with the team, mostly with Fisher. Now, I can't get Fisher to hit a 3 to save my life. I'm not shooting in the mid to upper 20s, as far as 3 point % goes. What the heck EA?

-They were supposed to take out the whole passing into the backcourt or passing to a player standing out of bounds? I don't think so. I'm still seeing this happen on a regular basis.

I've suddenly gone from loving the online game to hating it, within a matter of 4 days. I can't speak for the dynasty version, although I've read they removed overtime, which is completely unacceptable and I won't even consider starting a dynasty until that's fixed.

Is anyone else feeling like this, again, in terms of online play only?

Yep, I haven't played since the patch either. And while some good things were done in the patch including toning down the step back 3. 3pt % is still way way way way too high for me.

Once they fix the 3pter's going in all game long with any and everyone and fix the defensive force field along with fatigue not only working but actually meaning something as far as game play this will be one of the best NBA games I've ever played but until then I'll pass.

P.S. Get rid of the auto ball protect. Map it back to the R stick like it was in Live 09.

P.S. Map the user off ball control buttons and the icon passing button different, as of now the 2 are basically the same and for those that have no desire to use off ball control it really messes up the game when your player comes off a screen is wide open and you try to icon pass the ball to him only to switch off to control him. FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!

Ok, I know I don't suck at this game. For the most part, I have down the players shooting release times for the teams I play with. Having said that, I just played a guy who took the Lakers, subbed in all of his scrubs for the first half and scored 8-10 three point shots with Shannon Brown! Are you kidding me?

1-you crying cause fouls not being called..they've never been called..

2-you crying cause of fatigue...there hasn't been fatigue since the beggining

3-the fadeaway 3 point...has always been there, and is still there...so if yo could beat it before, then beat it now!!

4-you can't hit a shot with Fisher??? GET BETTER!!!!! PRACTICE HIS TIMING!!!

5- Weren't yo able to win with the passing to backcourt thing before the patch??? then why cry about it now???

ALl I see in your patch is crying and more crying cause you can't win now.....GET BETTER!!!

Let me break this down for you third grade style, maybe that way you will come away with a better understanding: The things that I mentioned were supposed to be fixed with the patch. The things that I mentioned weren't fixed with the patch, and the patch has caused an offset of other problems, speaking for ONLINE games. Ok little buddy? There, now you understand, in the simplest terms possible. Someone lock this up please, I'd rather not deal with trolls like this guy who have nothing productive to say.

I should have been more responsible and listed my OBJECTIVE reasoning, in the proper forum. Thanks for giving this particular thread so much attention though, it's nice to know you care so much!
