You gotta work on your rebounds manually don't let your cpu teammates to go for rebounds, try a little harder, select the rebounder get your body between the rim boxing out, and get your rebound, you gotta practice n work some more. To avoid the blocks first you gotta try to find the right angles at first if you can't then settle for a good open midrange j.
