Using the Glass

Just a quick update, fellas. I think I posted a couple months ago that we were leaning toward making bank shots contextual instead of user-controlled. Well, we've decided to go the user-controlled route and it's working pretty well.

The cool thing is that it's not only working on jumpers, but for layups as well. So for everyone who complained about the lack of bank shots last year... it's all in your hands now.

Signature shot arcs are in the game now too. Pretty cool stuff.

What is it like being the man???? That is great news, I prefer to have the option to do that especially on pull up jumpers.

If your left analog stick is deflected in any direction at the time you release the ball, your player will try to go glass. If it's neutral, he won't. It becomes 2nd nature after playing with it for a while.

Experienced players will also find some small benefits to using glass in the proper context. It's kind of hardcore, but makes for a nice little game within the game.

Sounds good Mike, know that I'm giving Live a shot next year JUST BECAUSE OF YOU. No other reason, I trust that you guys are going to take this game where it should be.

lol good to hear guys but you still want those all net layups in the game?

What are those for, manual floater teardrop type layups that we see sometimes?

No Beluba / Mike = familiar history and happy results!

iminurbase and stephensonmc equal = kool rookies with crazy potential respect.

But once Live 10 hits and you guys deliver OS will consider all three of you guys The Real McCoy Family!

And will forever be praised on OS even from the kats who doubted you in the first place.
