Region 3 OKC Add-On

Could someone upload the region 3 version of the OKC add-on?!

Just found out that I have a region 3 version of the game...bought it in Toronto though...go figure!!

I can't switch regions in the PS Store so I keep getting the region 1 version of the add-on!!

Also, would anyone know if the patch V1.01 is regional too!?

It would seem a batch of region 3 discs got shipped to region 1 as I'm not the first to expierience this problem!!

That's not a good idea, that's what you'd call illegal. Basically stealing the game.

You could create another PS3 account, and another PSN account that's region 3. Then download the add-on from there.

As for the patch, I don't think it matters what region your game is. Initially my Live was also region 3. I sold that a few weeks ago and bought a region 1 copy, and as far as I can tell there was no difference when I downloaded the patch.

Here's the fix!!

1) Create a NEW user account on your PS3!!
Must create NEW account because you can't change your country/region once account has been created!!

2) When selecting a country/region, select the region of which you want your downloads code to come from!!

Example: Region 3 disc & I want a region 3 add-on. My new account will have my country listed as Taiwan, Korea, the Philippines, Indonesia or Hong Kong!!

The ****ty thing about this is the 2 seperate accounts!!

...but I can still access other game info/MP3s/Videos/Photos from the primary account while logged on as a 2nd user!!

If I'm not mistaken, once you dl and install the add-on from your region 3 account, you can go back to your original account and play the game there, with the add-on working. You can then delete the region 3 account. Though if you ever plan on buying other region 3 games, it's better to keep the account in there just in case.

Why did I receive an infraction? That is not illegal at all! You own the game, and you are replacing it with another copy of the same game! Illegal?

Yep...your right!! I was thinking that I'd have to purchase another code for the DNA, as I tried to download the latest roster update while logged on as a resident of Hong Kong but my code was already in use...by me of course!!

Once the add-on was downloaded, I installed it & it merged with the V1.01 patch, thus creating a 63MB file instead of the two 20MB & 43 MB which was what I was getting before!!

Anyhow, I logged off my Hong Kong account & back on to my Canadian account...the add-on works fine now & I still have my DNA...thank Jesus!!
