what is the create a tem/player feature like?

hi all, im a 2k player but are sick and tired of every year having the same old create a team feature and was wondering what lives creat features are like? are there many uniform options to choose from and so fourth.
any info would be great

You can't create teams in 09.

Yea, and even worst, it seems that you can't export your Dynasty teams either...
