They do that in 09, but only at the end of the game.

Nice, hopefully they add it to the end of every quarter. Did Live 09 still have that feature where you hold a button and the players hot spots light up the court? I thought that looked pretty ridiculous with the court showing up red and blue.

Yeah!! They still had it, but I am not sure how to activate it.

Yes but it is much more visually appealing than 08. Instead of full colors, it sort of outlines the hotzones so you can still somewhat see the court.

On the 360 (not sure about the PS3, probably the same thing) click and hold the left thumbstick. Below the player it also shows his tendency to shoot, drive left or drive right. And you can also do this when the computer has possession of the ball.

What I noticed most were the "that shouldn't happen" and "that doesn't happen" moments about the gameplay. And I realized the less you hear of that the better the game is. And so presentationnis something nobody ever commented on because in reality sports games are about action and less about fluff. NBA live is finally getting that while 2k is just adding fluff while their gameplay is stagnating.
When you want to play with a friend, who cares about watching the presentation? But usually people like to do dynasty's and stuff with the cpu. Thats when I care about it.

Re: Ask the devs a question

Just get Carmelo right. He was doing this Kobe "scowl" before Kobe. And after he dunks the ball, he always does a fist pump, in a punching motion. Nothing like Kobe. And make sure that when he hits a 3, especially on the road, he runs back, turns towards the camera, and holds up 3 fings. Thats why cutscenes will be nice in this game, just to catch all this type of stuff. **** real time stuff, like 2k. I liked Live because it was different, please leave cutscenes in.

Re: Ask the devs a question

I just want them to bring back the cutscenes from 04 like when you trade a player you see him walking in the locker room. When your player wins an award he goes up and receives it. And throw in a weekly show like ESPN NBA Basketball had back in 2004.

Re: Ask the devs a question

I just want to know if Live 10 will have enough CAP slots that we can create classic teams...well if the graphics and cutomization allows us to create players with true to life tendencies
