Synergy DNA + NBA 2K9?

I had an idea, and I wonder if it would work.

I'm thinking of buying NBA Live for the Synergy DNA, and applying some of those applicable ratings to NBA 2K9. This would combine the best of both worlds. 2K's gameplay, and Live's ratings!

Do you guys think Live's ratings transfer over well?

No cause the system live use to determine there rating is deeper then 2k and i dont mean that in a fanboy kind of way. Live has 72 categories that determine ratings that's why some players rating in live are lower then in 2k9 so it wouldn't work.
And dont forget synergy is more then just about players rating but there tendencies and and there roles on there team.

2K has Living Rosters which is the same from what I've heard about it...Not sure if they do tendencies tho

It's actually not the same jewelz.

Read this from OS's Q&A:

"EA: What's the difference between say a couple of NBA LIVE producers coming up with ratings, statistics for NBA LIVE 09 versus Synergy Sports?

I wouldn't say the human brain fails but it is far too much information to process in such a short period to apply...

There is no way one guy can compete with what this is and hold it down on his own for a long period of time.

Not that I'd agree with him but Rashidi begs to differ.

im guessing its not just one guy , but still the synergy system from a features standpoint sounds amazing and something that nothing can really top. Studying statistics myself at the college level, i can appreciate what synergy is bringing to the table.

I still wonder when tendencies change for kobe after he torches the bobcats with jumpers and threes, what happens in his next GAME against a team that is GREAT at stopping threes? do the tendencies stay into effect or can he revert back to driving? Maybe im looking at it too much like the tendencies being hardcoded to the players AI. Can anyone elaborate on what im talking about. I want tendencies that use both the past success of tendencies and the future opponents that can dictate what is used properly. is that the future of live 2010?
