Post whatever you would like.. My only point was that we wont have several threads for wishlists because we've always had one central place devs could come.

Post gameplay wishes as the OP meant for this thread to be... but if you have other ideas shoot those too.

Im sure beluba doesn't mind

Manual bank shots

Signature dribbling moves (spin the analog in a circle to pull off players signature move)

Natural motion euphoria engine for collisions only

Tie ups and jumpballs

Move the invisible wall back to the 5th row in the stands so players can interact with the crowd (saving lose balls, collisions with camera men, coahes, and so on, you can even throw in a animation so the crowd members throw the ball back to the ref after block shots or how ever the ball end up in the crowd).

Put all the players on the bench and add more coaches.

Defensive DNA and better post defense

Controllable post game show and scenes ( It would be cool if we can have scenes where we can controll our player after game winning shots only).
Run off the court and pile up celebrations.

-Analog shooting. I'm playing the 2009 demo and maybe I'm doing something wrong, but the lack of shooting with the analog stick is a little lame. Maybe it's in there, though, and I'm just missing it, but it seems like kind of something every basketball game should have already.

-Analog stick dunk control. I've been hoping a basketball game would find a way to pull dunks off with the analog stick... Basically controlling the ball with the right stick or something after you've taken off, and controlling the body with the left stick. I think that would be great. Just being able to pull it back manually, or go through the legs or do spins and other things like that... It would make dunk competitions awesome, and it would add something in game for when a player really feels like being risky on a breakaway dunk.

Of course it would be pretty important to make players with poor ball control lose the ball if they tried anything too fancy, so that only the absolute best dunkers could really pull off the big, big moves.

And assume I mean realistic dunks, too - no impossible or crazy dunks.

Do you mean the right stick for shooting? Because that's used for quickstrike moves. If you're talking about leaners, you need momentum.

Live 2010 needs more degrees of movement on the left analog. Right now the characters walk as if the input is digital. If I push lightly on the analog, the character should take smaller or slower steps. More precision in the body positioning is essential for defense.

Re: NBA Live 2010 GamePlay Wishlist...

It may be just the demo but sometimes on the pick and roll when I am defending if I manually hedge the screen the ball handler will kind of morph through his own player to get open. Hard to explain but instead of going around the screen he goes through the man setting the pick.

I would love to see more variation on how the cpu pick n roll ballhandler comes off the screen. Sometimes hard sometimes working the screen a bit more. I don't feel like the AI can take advantage if I play it certain ways so goes into a wierd animation to account for it or locks me into something.

The on ball pressure defense has a bit too much suction at times. When I try to keep my distance and stay in front I will get pulled into the defensive animation. We should be able to keep our distance and still move with him without being sucked all the way body to body.

Dna values for substitution patterns would be wonderful to make sure guys that play multiple positions and different rotations are well represented.

I notice also that the cpu seems to help us out to much with automatic dribbles during pressure. Like the automatic step back It does keep us from losing the ball if we don't react fast enough but they also cause us to have too many instances where we are not in control.

The next game within a game segment should be in rebounding. Simular to the nfl games you should be able to manually swim and spin to get the defensive boards and the man boxing out can have options to move with you like lock on D.

Amazing idea, I've never even thought of that.

That would set team play off for sure -- would make it REALLY fun to be a big man.

Need more crowd participation. In the last minutes of a tie or close game (regular season and especially playoffs), the crowd and bench players are all standin'.

I think it would be cool if you had like a half time show or post game show and a pre game show which includes top plays, worst plays, and stuff like that. I know it was in some of the previous 2k games but............ implemeting it with dynamic dna and nba live 365 would make this a killer feature.
