I don't want to sound mean or anything but that one is ugly. That outline thing around it looks ridiculous and his face looks like an action figure, bad cutting around the elbow that goes over the bar, finally, don't put drop shadow on the entire thing, only the arm that goes over the bar,work on your cutting, and find a new effect or something because these aren't turning out very well...
