Post-Patch Default Sliders

Are default sliders good to play with since the patch?

I would like to play home difficulty: allstar, away difficulty: superstar.

I have been using cabrillo's allstar sliders but if the default ones are good post-patch, I will give those a try.

I have read that pro difficulty on default sliders is too easy.

Can people post their experiences with default sliders since the patch?

Funny you should post this because since the patch i have gone back to default sliders and playing on superstar and i'm fully in love with this game now..(i actually think it now edges ahead of 2k10 in gameplay)

I suggest everyone gives default a go again "post patch" cause in the end thats what the developers make there adjustments on..

I have found that default works pretty decent post-patch too. I do feel that the foul sliders need to be increased. What quarter length do you use? What difficulty are you playing on?

Are you going to the FT line at a good rate. That's my biggest gripe right now.

Re: Post-Patch Default Sliders

I am loving this game with default sliders.

My only questions:

1. How much are you increasing your foul sliders to get realistic results, and which sliders are you increasing?

2. I just got my *** kicked on superstar...does anyone know if all star works good too with default sliders?

Thanks!

Re: Post-Patch Default Sliders

I have been using the default sliders with a few modifications and getting pretty decent results. Since most all slider sets have 45 for the game speed, I started with that and went from there. I use the following:

All-Star
12 Minute Quarters

Game Speed 45
Fatigue 55
Charge/Block Fouls 65
Shooting Fouls 75
Reach-In Fouls 85
In-Air Fouls 95

I just figured I would increase each by 10 since there are the right number of sliders. They seem to work fairly well. Im getting around 30 FTA per game. Sometimes it seems that too many play instead of a few playing bigger minutes. This is the 'realest' way Ive played so far. All other stats are pretty much on line. (Blocks are a little high, but I think that is a glitch in the game.)

Re: Post-Patch Default Sliders

Do you think these sliders would work for 9-10 mins?

what kind of final scores are you producing with 12 mins?

Re: Post-Patch Default Sliders

Im getting average scores with these. Actually, slightly above average because I shoot a higher FT% than the average of about 75%. Fouls are slightly above average too, so Im gonna lowering the fouls a tad and slightly lowering fatigue also. Hopefully I will get bigger minutes for the main subs and guys that are not normally in the rotation wont play except in the cases of foul trouble. Ill keep you posted if I find anything that works well.

I think your scores, FGA, and FTA will be too low on 9-10 minutes, unless you fastbreak every time and dont run plays.

These seem to work better than the other Post Patch sliders. Thanks
