Pass Accuracy slider

Why isn't there one for the user? (or I can't find it). The CPU has one.
Even with CPU steal slider down all the way, they steal too many passes.

from wut i've noticed it affects both teams just like close out and help side effectiveness seems to do when u adjust them for the computer
