user vs user sliders?

- im currently using Playmakers All-Star sliders, however im new to the slider concept and while the current sliders work great for me i did read that different sliders exist for user vs user and cpu vs cpu.
- ive found the cpu vs cpu sliders, does anyone have the user vs user sliders? or a link to them? thanks.
- i also wanted to ask if Plamakers does in fact have the best ones, from what ive read on different boards and here, he's a sure bet, but i just wanted to be sure.
