Export team Feature? + CAP questions

I have to say that I haven't touched the NBA Live series for a couple of years. However, this years demo has made me think that this year's game deserves a look. As somebody that likes to create classic teams though, I would like to know if this game lets you export teams from franchise mode and I'd also like to know how good the CAP feature is in the Live series. If anybody has any info on that, please let me know. Thanks

I can't say much about the export team feature but I can tell you that the CAP feature is pretty much junk IMO. It's stayed the same for the past few years with no additional features in this part of the game. Thanks!
