Post NBA Draft Roster Update for the PS3

I am currently working on a roster update for the Playstation 3. I plan to include most of the 2008 NBA Draft picks. Also, it will include the most recent roster moves (trades and free agent signings). I'll let you guys know when the roster update file is ready to be downloaded. Until then, keep watching this thread.

PS3 NBA Live 08 Roster Update Now Ready to be Downloaded

Good news everyone, I am all finished with my post draft roster update. The file features about 40 draft picks and most of the recent roster moves. This roster update only works for the Playstation 3 version of NBA LIVE 08. The file is in zip format and ready to be downloaded. The file is up to date from yesterday. I just added it online about 10 minutes ago. The url for the file is: http://www.savefile.com/files/1664354

Let me know your thoughts on this file it took me hours to make, but I hope you guys like it. The starting lineups need to be adjusted and the jersey #s are off, but for the most part I think you won't notice. Enjoy.

were do you put these files?and are ratings updated too?

the file folders go like this:

PS3>SAVEDATA

Put this file folder inside that place inside your USB drive. Insert that drive into your PS3. Then copy this file into your PS3 save data directory. Start the game and enjoy. As far as the ratings go the Houston Rockets have been updated. As for the rookies its really up to you. I may have OJ Mayo a little overrated. I think he's an 82 overall at the best.

Sorry, partner. I couldn't change this topic thread's name. I just tried. I'd like to welcome my new partner his username is HoosierDaddy. He will be helping me in my goal to make an accurate roster update for NBA LIVE 08.

thanks for the introduction.

Here's an updated file, accurate starting lineups, 100% accurate rosters as of July 14th, rating edits for over 20+ existing players, rookie CAP's edited with correct complexion, hair styles and jersey #s (majority of them)

I'd like to stress this is a work-in-progress. If anyone notices anything that needs changed, please post here and it will be done ASAP.

Well done, hoosierdaddy. I tried out your roster update and its just fine. The changes you made were right on. I noticed you didn't change the Houston Rockets players. Donte Greene's overall should be a 75 and Joey Dorsey should be a 68. Fix ratings accordingly to fit those overall ratings. Also, buddy you think you can make a Michael Jordan CAP and post it in this thread. I already have one made I just need a more accurate one.
