ok, here is how you make a CAP. Lets use Kevin Durant as an example. In my PS3 game, he has an overall as an 78

First, you take the 4 main subjects: shooting, offense, defense, rebounding. Rate the player out of 25 per subject:

25 (scoring)
+ 20 (defense)
23 (rebounding)

finally, if you think the overall is too high, decrease the overall by 5-10 or maybe 5-15 points.

ALSO, you could......

Just take offense, which would include offensive rebounds, shooting, assists, other. Then defense, including steals, blocks, defensive rebounds
