I remember last year fatigue was turned off online for ranked games, which made it very unrealistic. Anyone know?

they need to just make fatigue "on/off" like it used to be, the slider for fatigue is goofy. ill just have to enjoy offline.

but seriously, wouldn't you get annoyed if the other guy is pausing all the time to do subs? I find that I, myself, tend to pause a lot to check fatigue and prep for the next sub-in. I'd hate to put my opponent thru all that.

Why would you want to sub in a 5 minute quarter game. Any NBA player can play 20 minutes without getting tired, right?

playing offline with fatigue on my players get pretty tired about 4 minutes into the game, especially the guy I control on defense, because I hold turbo more with him and he is at about 50% stamina only a few minutes into the game.

Re: did they turn fatigue on this time for ranked games?

I am very disappointed with the online play of NBA Live 2005. I just got Xbox Live on Friday. Ok fatigue should be on for rank games. You should have complete control of the settings period. Rank games should be able to be more then 5 minutes. 5 minutes should just be the minimum of time u can play per quarter. You can also not play on Superstar level for rank games. This is pretty dumb. Why not play on Superstar for rank games? It is WAY too easy on all-star. You can make 3's without. Thats all people do is shoot the three because you know you can make them.

The fatigue thing off means its pointless to have bench players then. They minus well take off the subsituatons if there is no fatigue. Nobody is going to bench the starting linup with players who have a overall rating of 45.

I mean they should not limit you on the settings for a rank game that is very dumb.

Also cant people with DSL get on Xbox live? I think I read that, like they can use some Xbox.com service which will let 56k people use Xbox live. I think I played someone like that on my last game. Every 4 secs them game will freeze up which pissed me off and I couldnt get into any groove. It mess my release shooting a lot of the time because it keep freezing up. I ended up losing the game by 3 but would of tied it cause I had a WIDE OPEN 3 point shot with Brent Barry and I miss it. I threw up some cirus shot because the game froze up on me. I was real real real pissed with that game because the guy suck lol. Wasnt for all the freezing which mess my release shot up I would of kill the kid. I dont think people should be able to use xbox live without a DSL or cable connection point blank!

Yo dude i'm with you all the way I have been calling people out who beat me playing live like it is NBA JAM to play me in simulation and I usually wind up killing them because they are unable to run around throwing up threes without getting tired. Real basketball should be played real. XBOX LIVE USER: Philly 19130 (friend request me)

Plus if you play it unrated and have it on superstar they cant just run down the court and shoot a three. On All-Star you can run up and bust the three with ease. I don't even play NBA Live on Xbox Live anymore. The frame rate is too slow for me to have fun. I just stick to Madden and soon I'll be playing Halo 2 online.
