Online is just more frustrating this year.

I almost cannot stand this. People putting Tmac and Lebron and PG's. Nothing but running around till they dunk. Exploiting the game and using the fast break because the defensive does not run back. They hit way to many dumb layups that they should miss. (harder to hit last year). This game plays like a realistic game if you choose to play it like one, But i don't think that you can beat someone who uses cheap tactics playing sim.

There also no in game highlights, End game replays to save.
Swishes are so pathetic yet again, Height of the ball has not effect. There is only like 5-6 miss animations of the rim.

Few good thing:

Almost 0 lag.
Shooting percentage are kept reasonable
Good crowds in the 4th quarter

I don't mind it. Sure people are gonna do cheesy crap like that... but you gotta just take it in stride. One of the reasons that people don't let superstars bring the ball up the court every time is because you can put more pressure on them and force the ball out of their hands.

You know? It sucks, but someone who is doing something that dumb is not going to outwit you so you have to figure out how to turn the tables on them. I also dunno about the cpu getting back. I think they do well. IF you put the pressure on 'high' to someone who people throw stupid passes to... and put your get back sliders on get back... the computer will get some good steals... enough to win, for sure.

It gets annoying sometimes but there are a couple ways to limit them. Just stay off them on d and let them run around like idiots. When then get close to the basket just d up and double team them. They usually get frustrated and then eventually the better person will win (most times). People that know how to play defense can almost always limit people who just use LeBron or Kobe to go to the net.

I have been getting better. One thing i notice is that you can hit X and start your layup pretty early which makes defending a little more difficult.Is there also no out of bounds? Player just seem to magical come back in bounds when being forced out.

There is a pretty relaxed out of bounds system in the game. I assume it's because they don't want people going out because of all the animations in the game. Not the best solution IMO.

no fatigue online is the primary culprit.

There is fatigue for sure just it only affects certain players... Shaq gets pretty tired.

Are you adjusting your matchups, guard levels, and double teams, both in the pause menu and when you call a timeout?

Actually, I'm having one hell of a time online after switching from 2k. It's fun setting up plays on offense and running plays on defense to stop superstars.

Do you guys have issues w/freezing? Ive only played Live Online a few times and had that problem. I didt really notice the players getting tired either during online play.
