Two questions about Live online...

First off are there currently any goood leagues out there? I've been thinking about joining one that played good sim ball.

Second, are the lag issues as bad for games with less game speed (like 50?)? I've only played ranked games online and sometimes they played like a slide show. I was wondering if that was because of the pushed up game speed.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
