Fast break 2k11

So I just started playing 2k11 and I can't get a fast break? I have tried cherry picking and everything but the CPU always gets back! Is there any sliders that would help this? Or am I just that bad? I'm playing on rookie. So any help would be great

I was never able to fast break at all in NBA 2k11. The CPU always got back regardless. I played over 200 games and never was able to produce fast break buckets consistently.

I'm finding myself seeing many more fast breaks and fast break opportunities in NBA 2k12. Its quite refreshing how many nice dunks and transition buckets I am getting playing with the Blazers on HOF sim.

I love both games, but the fast breaking in 2k12 is definitely an improvement IMO.
