The NBA 2K12 patch is available now for PS3 owners. If you are following along with Ronnie2K on Twitter, you will see some of the details, as listed below.

Yeah Im guessin this is the patch that address the online issues, good that its finally out. Now we just need 2K to release the gameplay issues patch and we will all be good to go.

Playing my friend earlier. On Ball D is alright, but they still splash 3s in your face like you arent even there. Still need the gameplay Patch. Game was a 3 point shoot out. 96-96 with 5 mins in the 3rd quarter! I just quit

A lot seems to have improved after one game against the heat quick match... A lot stutter lag towards the end though... Playing another one now, ill see what happens.

im glad for the ps3 patch....it was so different than on xbox...i kept going out of bound because the control was not responding...plus the game felt laggy as hell...now lets see how it goes...
