hey guys! my dad is comin home with 2k in about an hour and i wanna know what to start on first and what the best features of the game are. personnally, i like to do franchise with my wizards but i think i wanna try something else cuz of this dang lockout and not having the rookies. tell me what u think is the best game mode and what i should try out first.

You can get the rookies. There are cyberfaces for some, or some real good caps...

I couldn't agree more, getting into training camp and practicing a lot will prevent your dad from having to go and purchase you a new controller(lol) since some many changes, features and isomotion has been improved.

Don't be quick do judge as 2K12 does have it's flaws which I'm sure will be addressed soon. Be sure to check out ALL the tips posted as they will come in handy.

Download the patch it actually fixed some of the gameplay issues then start on training camp...

Then download rosters.....

Practice....!!

Either lower the cpu 3-point sliders or have a few drinks to dull the pain.

lol jking go to training camp and play a quick game or 2 too get use to the controls.

You will probaly be frustated for the first few games but you will learn

I would say visit your local liquor store before you put it in the console but since you said you live with your dad i dont think your of age....so enjoy going through multiple controllers and maybe a few TV's if your gonna play online. bc you will not stop the 3 ball as its the new cheese. so if you have any pain pills or illegal drugs you can smoke i recommend using those.....
