Just wondering why the SF is always the feature star in the middle even though they're not the best player on them? And it's also the same pose for every team I noticed...

Pretty sure his name was Lew Alcindor that season.

It was Lew Alcindor. They even hinted at that in one of the insights. I'm kind of surprised to see him here as Kareem.

On May 1, 1971, the day after the Bucks won the NBA championship, he adopted the Muslim name Kareem Abdul-Jabbar.

I don't think the SF is in the middle for being a star. It's probably just in a 1-5 order and SF (3) is in the middle and standing in front of everyone.

I think they would have named him this way even if it was prior to that season. I have a feeling Kareem and Abdul-Rauf were willing to be there only if their name would be their Muslim name. Just my guess.

I read somewhere that the "Star" would be standing out like in 2K11 when they introduce the starting 5 and the "Star" player is the highlighted one while the others stand in the background.

Anyways it's the same pose for all the teams tho which is kinda weird.
