NBA 2K>Who is the player everyone should have in association mode?

Patrick Mills, PG, Blazers.
Might be a bit overrated for a 15th man, but can be a good pickup if you don't mind that.

i'm an aussie so i try and grab any aussies in the game. Nathan jawai is a beast and good to develop and as said above patty mills. His speed and quickness has to be one of the best so he is a great attacking pg. Anderson also got drafted by the rockets i believe. Haven't tried him out but woo go the aussies in the nba this year

35 points, 19 assists last night with Brandon Jennings.
5-8 from 3.
Seriously. This kid is a beast in this game.

His shot release is so jerky.
I like Shannon Brown he's a good scorer off the bench.
man i am averaging about 28 pts a game with JR Smith.....i find him pretty easy to shoot with.

I think a players' presence or absence from 2K10 may hinge on something regarding the official filing of their retirement papers or at least their intentions. Maybe Francis was still trying to hang on at the time of release. I'm actually just speculating, but I was reading a players' Wikipedia page (can't remember whose though) and one of the players' fun facts was that he appeared on a couple of 2K's post retirement because his intentions to officially retire were not clear at the game's roster deadline.
Anyway back on topic, for the last seven years, Tayshaun Prince has been a guy that always seems to pick up all sorts of random statistics for me (i.e. 12 points, 6 rebounds, 5 assists) and I never seem to notice him in the process. I'm always thinking about trading him, but then I take a look and he's always going to work. I did get an offer for Nene straight up though - that's making me think twice.
On the flip side, I'm struggling with Charlie Villanueva. I know he's technically a perimeter big, but he has REALLY struggled with finishing inside, to the point where I can't really trust dropping it off to him on the opposite block after my guard draws the defense. I'm going to chalk it up to a slump, but geesh.

Here I thought i'd be the only Timber Rattler here. *high five*
Back on topic, I scored 17 off the bench with Anthony Parker playing as the Cavs. Dude's money.

Dude, I've been to a Rattlers game, and two State Championships in that stadium. I love the Rattlers, that crazy theres other people on here who follow them. I live like 3 hours away tho so thats why I dont go very often...Anyway...
JR Smith is obviously a monster, with a journymans rating, so you should definately get him. Last year I kicked A## with Russell Westbrook, and I would reccomend getting him and developing him, except that this year you can get Brandon Jennings and develop him, so either one of them can be an mvp at PG in association mode.
Also, you can get Hasheem Thabeet, or Jordan Hill for like nothing, so if you can get them for a deep bench player, do it, and develop them.
