just got the game...and i must say, i'm a bit dissapointed in the graphics. the last 2k basketball game i had was ch2k8 and i decided i wanted an nba game this year. i had both demos, and actually liked lives graphics better, but the gameplay just didnt seem quite there so i went 2k. i wasnt in love with the demo graphics, too many jaggies unless it's really up close...but i thought for sure it would be better in the retail version.
well...to me at least, it's not much better. any ideas on how to fix this?
i'm going hdmi from ps3 to hp w2408h monitor with scaling to its natural 16:9.
Yeah I would definitely agree with that. It seems to be more the graphical style of 2k to focus on having varied and dynamic presentation and graphics, whereas if you look at NHL 10 for example, it's more of a lifeless experience but there are very few jaggies.

It is a game killer. I love 2k10, but because of these jaggies, Im planning on trading it for live. Its sad because 2k is slightly the better game other then this issue, which for me, was great.

2K just doesn't have the technology or something. All of their games have characteristic jaggies. I didn't realize how annoying it was until a couple days ago, and I'd be willing to bet it is one of many things that gets overlooked and not fixed for next year.
