Can't play QUICK GAMES

Can't play quick games or NBA today!
this just started happening recently, because I was able to play them before, i had been only playing my association and my player so I just noticed it today

during the intro the announcers are not talking and when it's time for the tip off nothing happens, the ref just holds the ball, the player don't come out on the court.

When the game loads up try deleting your player profile and then save it again and see what happens.
