NBA 2K9 Graphics issue?

I have had 2K for a while and this problem came up when I installed the game on my 360 hardrive. The game becomes blurry and ugly to look at. I uninstalled the game and it is still like that. Any help?

Nevermind found out that it was my video card. It died on me.
