unhappy players . . . HELP!

In a Clippers association I'm doing (and I am simming through) my centres are never happy with their playing time. In the rotation I have them set to 30-34 minutes a game but they only ever play 23-25 minutes. I looked at their stats and I think its because they get too many fouls. They often average over 4.8 fouls/game and rarely have a game with less than 3 fouls. And when they do they go for 18/10 but just can't stay in the game. Anything I can work on to fix this?

go to their tendencies and lower their 'commits fouls'.

i did that on my assoc. with created player being 99, i wanted him to average 2 blocks a game. So i raised the CF to 100 and he only scored 2 points a game and no reb at all.

And i realized it was the CF so i lowered it to zero and he started averaging 40-15 lol he won the mvp for 4 seasons. Simmed all those games.

they will be unhappy if you promise them more minutes than they are actually getting

i had the same problem with some players because i promised more than they actually did in a game

so i lowered the promise and their morale increased and now they are at 100

its about how much you say you'll give them and how much they actually get
