Question for Grizzlies Users

I play as the Grizzlies in an Association. I make three trades to clear MORE capspace for the next two seasons, one with the Kings, one with the Cavs, and one with the Blazers.

Kings Receive: J. Critt and Antoine Walker / Grizzlies Receive: Bobby Jackson and Kenny Thomas

Cavs Receive: Bobby Jackson and Marko Jaric / Grizzlies Receive: Wally Szcerbiak

Blazers Receive: Kenny Thomas and Darko Milicic / Grizzlies Receive: Raef LaFrentz and Shavlik Randolph
I have two questions in the next post.

What do you guys think of the trades? and How do you shoot with Wally Szcerbiak?

Actually, I have two more questions:

How do you guys stay competitive with the Grizzlies? and I press LB to bring up Dual Player Control but nothing happens. Am I doing this right?
