How do u alley oop?

Depends what system you have.

if you're playing on the PC its backdown + pass

remember that backdown + turbo + pass is give n go so dont have turb held down when trying for alleyoops

360.....so I'm assuming it's l trigger and A..........

is actually left and right trigger and push a when somebody is in the paint otherwise it's a normal pass. And yes it's explaind at tutorial at training-session

No, it's not right trigger. If you hold right trigger while trying to execute an alley-oop, you'll throw a flashy pass instead.
