That's exactly how I have the control set-up. Same buttons as the PS3 version except for for hop step button and the pick button. I have no problems using the isomotion or doing jab steps.

Why? I guess it's symbolic in a way, the main problem of this game are the completely f..... up controls so you need to unplug the keyboard (control1) or the mouse (control2) to get it to work man what I wouldn't give for this game to have the xbox360 controls on the gamepad, I don't mind the full price just give me a game I can play not a half-finished product. Unless a patch or a mod fixes this I can't play it.

I have no problems with the menu screens....

Can anyone confirm whether or not they can do the hopstep and step back move? I have used jsapida's advice but still cannot pull out the move... the Y button just spins exclusively, and the X button shoots exclusively.

No it doesnt youll need to make sure you have the turbo button released then while moving towards basket push x and you will do a regular hopstep

Step back is while moving towards basket release turbo and push away from the basket and x... I do it all the time. Its actually easier and more realistic this way

Re: Official NBA 2k9 PC Thread

I'm using a 360 controller and when i try to do icon passing the center position is mapped to B11. Does anyone know what the B11 button is? I would like to remap it to the Y button but not sure how to do it.

Any info would be appreciated.

Because 2k switched LT and RT for LB and RB so to pass to your center you need to press LB.
